2010 – a successful year for the Beluga School for Life
2010 was a good year for the Beluga School for Life: many different smaller and bigger projects were successfully accomplished with the help of our supporters.
One topic is the opening of the new school building in November 2010. Now the Beluga School for life has enough space to teach all children in one building, no one has to attend schools outside the Beluga School for life. Another important matter is the inauguration of the bookbindery and print workshop as well as our new sewing workshop. But we have also started new ecological and sustainable projects, for example the expansion of the organic farming area or participation of the initiative “Plant for the Planet”.
We are confident: The year 2011 - will also be a good year - thanks to your support!

2009 – a successful year for the Beluga School for Life
In 2009 with the help of friends and sponsors a variety of ideas and projects have been implemented in the Beluga School for Life.
Besides of the admission/entry of 30 new kids, many projects haven been completed. With a lot of positive response, a barbershop, the playground with new junglegyms and a small kids house were inaugurated. Other important milestones were the commendation for the Beluga School for life as an UN Decade Project and the acknowledgement as a Green Leaf Hotel.
Even the planning of the new school building was started in 2009 while the ground-breaking ceremony took place at the beginning of 2010.
The Beluga School for Life is looking forward to reap the fruits of done work and is facing the year 2010 full of expectations.
